How long can the service life of general sundry elevators be?

Generally speaking, the service life of elevators is 10 to 15 years, but this is only judged according to the general use of elevators, not mandatory national standards. At present, there is no provision on the "shelf life" of elevators in China. "Sick elevator" means that some parts or indexes of the elevator fail to meet the safety requirements. For example, an elevator has four safety components: a safety clamp, a door, a speed limiter and a buffer. If one of the components fails, the elevator will run incorrectly and should stop all the time, but it should not stop at will. Moreover, if the machine is not cleaned for a long time, some parts will stick together, causing the phenomenon of locking the brakes, and then slipping will occur.
