Go to the second floor of the Atlantis Hotel.

Go back to Elias. Talk to the uncle next to the bunny girl (you have to walk there by yourself. Talk to It will pop up automatically)

After the conversation is over, go back to the room on the second floor of the Atlantis Hotel. Go straight over and talk to the robot (all dialogue methods are pop-ups. Do not click on the characters)

After talking to the robot (Telio), exit Atlantis and go left. Talk to Anastasia. Then you can receive the plot mission
