Step 1

Blanch the bacon with boiling water to remove some salty taste, which is also convenient for cleaning. Boil the water for another four to five minutes, then take it out and wash it. (ps: I bought leg meat, not very fat. )

Second step

Wash garlic moss and cut into sections, two fingers long. It's too short to hold, so it's recommended to choose a tender one.

Slice the washed bacon as thin as possible.

Fourth step
