(1) Returnees from high, medium and low-risk areas and counties where there have been local cases in the past 7 days , must have a nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and report to the community (village), unit, hotel, and hotel one day in advance. After returning from other provinces, nucleic acid tests will be carried out as required.

(2) Returnees from high-risk areas: implement "7-day centralized quarantine". That is, from the date of departure, a 7-day centralized quarantine will be implemented based on the fill-and-fill principle, and a nucleic acid test will be conducted on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 7th days.

A nucleic acid test will be carried out on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 7th days of centralized isolation medical observation, and a nucleic acid test will be carried out on the 3rd day of home health monitoring.

(7) Close contacts should be quarantined at home for medical observation for 7 days. Their body temperature and symptoms should be monitored daily, and a nucleic acid test should be conducted on the 1st, 4th, and 7th days. If the nucleic acid tests of the close contacts are negative during the home isolation medical observation period, and the corresponding close contacts have negative nucleic acid tests for the first two times during the isolation medical observation period, the home isolation medical observation can be released on the 7th day; if the close contacts If the first two nucleic acid tests have positive results, the close contacts will be adjusted to close contacts and managed as close contacts. (9) People returning from medium-risk areas and sub-close contacts will be transported point-to-point by special vehicles or private cars to their destinations, and those who are picked up and dropped off will be quarantined at home.

(10) If there are other requirements from the provincial headquarters, the Provincial Health Commission or the Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, refer to the implementation.

3. Control of people entering Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan:
