Do a good job in the development of the incubation area around the campus, focus on the development of the science park building in the southwest corner of the campus, and strive to build the main building of the science park with an area of 654.38+10,000 square meters before 2009, so as to greatly increase the incubation area of the science park in our school. Look for opportunities to develop the southeast corner and northwest corner of the campus, so that the science park of our school can form a circular area along the periphery of the campus. Actively seek opportunities for cooperative development of off-site parks, and strive to develop 1 2 off-site parks with large scale, outstanding science park concept and substantial content, so that the total area of science parks in our school will exceed 1 1,000 mu.

2, innovation and entrepreneurship platform construction

Focusing on several major functions of the Science Park, we will build an innovation and entrepreneurship platform. While focusing on the construction of comprehensive business incubation platforms such as incubators and innovation parks, we will actively promote the construction of professional support platforms such as technology transfer centers and analysis and testing platforms, and do a good job in the construction of student innovation and entrepreneurship platforms such as student entrepreneurship centers and student internship and employment bases. Actively develop training platforms and strengthen the construction of investment platforms in a timely manner.

3. Transformation of scientific and technological achievements

Actively promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in flexible and diverse ways, build a transformation model of scientific and technological achievements with our school's characteristics, strengthen contact with the school's scientific and technological departments and teachers, promote more industrialized achievements to enter the society and transform them into productive forces, strive to achieve no less than 20 achievements transformation, and give birth to a number of high-tech enterprises relying on our school to have independent intellectual property rights.

4, enterprise incubation

With the completion of the construction of the Science Park and the expansion of the park scale, we will strive to have more than 300 enterprises settled in the Science Park by the end of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan, including more than 250 start-ups in incubation, more than 100 left-behind enterprises, and 50 small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises with large scale and strength. The total annual income of technology, industry and trade of enterprises in the park exceeds 3 billion yuan, and the profits and taxes exceed 300 million yuan. We will strive to cultivate 3 ~ 5 outstanding enterprises with great social influence and popularity. [4]

5. Development planning

The campus park consists of the A-D block of Science Park, Shaw Science and Technology Museum, Conference Center, Kequn Building, Science Park Building and Fangxing Building, and is open to the public along the North Fourth Ring Road, Xueyuan Road and Zhixin Road. Covering an area of 1.20 mu, building area of 1.8 million square meters, and incubation area of 1 10,000 square meters.

The off-campus park consists of Guan Manor, Changping Garden, Yongfeng Garden, Huanggang Garden, Anshan Garden and Nansha Garden, covering an area of 630 mu, with a construction area of 6,543,800 square meters and an incubation area of 80,000 square meters.
