Tianjin will strictly investigate cases involving fireworks and firecrackers, and the public security organs will continue to intensify their work and severely investigate and punish illegal production, operation, storage, transportation and discharge of fireworks and firecrackers according to law.

According to the Measures for the Safety Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers in Tianjin, those who turn a deaf ear to the "No Burning Order" will be punished as follows.

1. If fireworks and firecrackers are set off at a time, place or area where they are prohibited or in a way that endangers the public and personal and property safety, the public security organ shall order them to stop setting off and impose a fine of more than 500 yuan 100 yuan; Those who violate the administration of public security shall be punished according to law.

2. Hotels and hotel operators who undertake wedding services in areas where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited or restricted in this Municipality shall inform citizens who hold weddings in their hotels and restaurants in advance of the provisions prohibiting fireworks and firecrackers, and make them clear in the contract. At the same time, fireworks and firecrackers are discouraged for wedding activities in the three-package responsibility area in front of the city appearance and environmental sanitation. Those who refuse to listen to dissuasion shall report to the public security organ in time.

Hotels and hotel operators who undertake wedding services fail to fulfill this obligation and set off fireworks and firecrackers due to wedding activities, the public security organs shall impose a fine of 1000 yuan to 5,000 yuan on hotels and hotel operators.

3 units or individuals engaged in wedding and funeral services, in violation of the provisions of these measures, engaged in fireworks and firecrackers, shall be ordered by the safety production supervision and management department to stop business activities and be fined 20 thousand yuan; The public security organ shall order the designated customers who purchase fireworks to make corrections and impose a fine of 1000 yuan to 5,000 yuan.

4. Enterprises and individuals engaged in the business of fireworks and firecrackers who, in violation of the provisions of these measures, operate (including store) fireworks and firecrackers prohibited from being sold in this Municipality shall be ordered by the safety production supervision and management department to make corrections, and those engaged in the retail business of fireworks and firecrackers shall be fined more than 2,000 yuan in 500 yuan; Engaged in fireworks wholesale business, punishable by a fine of 5000 yuan and 30 thousand yuan.

5. State functionaries who set off fireworks and firecrackers in violation of regulations shall, in addition to accepting administrative sanctions, be criticized and educated by their units according to the seriousness of the case until punishment.
