What qualities should a hotel engineering manager have?

1) basic quality: have professional knowledge of engineering management, strong sense of responsibility, be able to coordinate the relationship between superiors and subordinates and departments, and have strong organizational and management skills.

2) Natural conditions: male, over 35 years old, majoring in engineering and technology, bachelor degree or equivalent, professional training in hotel management, with the title of engineer or above.

3) Foreign language level: CET-4 or above, able to read engineering and technical materials.

4) Work experience: two years as an engineering manager or more than three years as an assistant manager in a four-star hotel. More than five years working experience in hotel engineering and technology.

5) Special requirements: be familiar with the operation mode of modern hotels, have a comprehensive understanding of the hotel's professional technology, and have the specialty of 1~2.
