Wulin League Leader ZhangChang
From February 26th to 27th, 2003, ZhangChang, a 33-year-old cliff-breaker from Dalian, participated in the first Hong Kong International Wushu Festival and International Wushu Invitational Tournament on behalf of Dalian Chinese Wushu School, and won two gold medals (including Tai Ji Chuan gold medal and flogging gold medal) and a silver medal (Changquan).
On June 30th, when the reporter walked into ZhangChang's home, there was a photo of Jet Li in front of him. He is my role model. "ZhangChang said with a smile.
ZhangChang is lean and full of strength. He said, "You think I'm a lout. I'm a scholar with both civil and military skills. In short, I respect literature and martial arts! " It turns out that ZhangChang, a scholar in the Law Department of Liaoning University, told reporters about his martial arts skills.
ZhangChang, whose ancestral home is rich, likes sports since childhood. He is flexible and explosive. When I was 8 years old, I began to contact martial arts. There were some folk boxers around his house at that time. ZhangChang looked fascinated and learned to practice simple movements.
Whenever ZhangChang looks back on his martial arts, he always feels bitter. He has a passion for martial arts since he was a child, and he is also happy beyond words. "I started formal martial arts training at the age of 10, and then I got a biography of the martial arts master Yin Shi. Now I am a disciple of martial arts master Zhang Shan. "
ZhangChang is a model athlete of Wushu team. At first, his family supported him. Gradually, his parents felt something was wrong: ZhangChang got up at 4 o'clock, practiced for two hours, and practiced for another two hours after school every day. In this way, every exam, ZhangChang felt nervous, and his family began to object. His parents think that going to college is the road to success.
In this way, ZhangChang's training stopped for two months. At that time, ZhangChang seemed to have lost his soul. Finally, he quietly ran out to watch others fight.
The theft of boxing was finally discovered by parents, who didn't stop it when they saw that their children liked it so much.
ZhangChang opened the book "China Wushu", and the reporter saw that there were wonderful photos of ZhangChang in the book.
When it comes to his award-winning experience, ZhangChang is well known. His first prize was Wushu in Fushun National Games. When he rushed out all the way. It was unstoppable, and finally won the second place in the optional boxing and the first place in the stick!
Later, he participated in various martial arts exhibition competitions.
ZhangChang said, "I don't care what the prize is or how precious it is. Looking back now, I remember that I trained very hard and didn't feel that practicing martial arts was a burden. "
At that time, martial arts training was very hard, and ZhangChang had a deep understanding: "I had a headache and even collapsed when practicing angelica, but I enjoyed it." ZhangChang recalled: "Many of his first teachers were not for fame or profit, and I am still moved by him."
ZhangChang's hard training also has side effects. What he can't forget is a false alarm. At that time, he was seriously injured in a training and never cared. Unexpectedly, after several years, it still hurts.
Finally, his mother took ZhangChang to the hospital for examination. After the examination, the doctor said, "It may be a malignant tumor." At that time, ZhangChang's mother almost fainted!
Fortunately, after careful examination by another hospital, it was an old injury several years ago and has not healed yet.
ZhangChang practiced long fists, knives, swords, sticks and guns, various ethnic routines and soft instruments such as nine-section whip, chain, soft whip and rope dart; Traditional Wushu Tai Ji Chuan, sword and national competition routines; Check boxing, Shaolin small arhat, oolong knife, oolong gun, etc.
1995 Liaoning folk Tai Ji Chuan, Sword and Pusher won the first place in the Wushu Tai Ji Chuan Invitational Tournament.
1996 Tai Ji Chuan, Liaoning, Wushu Tai Ji Chuan Adult Men's Team Gold Medal in Sword Push Championship.
The reporter saw many gold medals and certificates in ZhangChang's home. ZhangChang is most proud of the two gold medals and a silver medal he just won from Hongkong!
On February 2 1 ~ 27, 2003, ZhangChang fought his way out from many martial arts heroes at the first International Wushu Festival, and finally won the Tai Ji Chuan gold medal, whip gold medal and long fist silver medal.
Now, in Xinle Park in Paoya community, you will see ZhangChang leading many fans to practice in the morning.
ZhangChang came to Dalian on 1997 and settled down in Paoya Community. He usually goes to the park to practice for a while in the morning, and people gradually see that this is a master of martial arts, so they follow suit. Finally, seeing more and more learners, ZhangChang simply set up a point in Paoya community at ordinary times and volunteered to teach Tai Ji Chuan.
"I don't care, I like to make friends with people, and many people have become friends."
After hard work, ZhangChang carefully created one of the soft whip routines-Jinghong Whip. It was once called the "magic whip".
ZhangChang has always wanted to establish a commercial martial arts school, with himself as the principal. Now this goal will be achieved.
ZhangChang's senior brother Wang Qun (Wang Qun is in the same school as Jet Li) is now authorized to establish the "Dalian Training Base of Beijing Wang Qun Wushu Development Center". Wang Qun has starred in films such as Golden Dart Huang Tianba and Gun King.
ZhangChang is full of confidence in the future. "Respecting teachers and attaching importance to teaching, being both civil and military, is the motto of my life. I will definitely walk out of a bright future on the road of martial arts. "

Text/Reporter Wang Chune
ZhangChang likes martial arts since he was a child. He is agile and explosive, and he is the most eye-catching in school sports. The coach of Wushu team was a famous boxer in Fushun at that time. In order to form an amateur martial arts team, he went to schools in ZhangChang to select players. It happened that a PE teacher in ZhangChang and his teacher were from the same school, and ZhangChang was highly recommended. Finally, ZhangChang was lucky to be designated as a "model player", and the rest of the players were selected according to his standards.
Before martial arts, ZhangChang was among the best in school until he was admitted to a provincial key high school. After joining the Wushu team, one's energy is limited because he takes up a lot of time to practice. Unconsciously, ZhangChang's academic performance began to decline. At this time, the parents who opposed ZhangChang Kung Fu couldn't help it any longer. They didn't agree with ZhangChang to continue practicing. ZhangChang always sneaks into the Wushu team to practice when his parents are not looking. Finally, his parents had to let him do it, but asked him to practice without affecting his study. From then on, ZhangChang did not dare to slack off, and strived to "combine civil and military skills and have both ability and political integrity". During this period, ZhangChang participated in major Wushu competitions, big and small, and achieved excellent results, including the second place in the Wushu competition in the National Games and the first place in stick skill.
Restless "Liaoda" students
ZhangChang, a law student at Liaoning University, had a bright future. However, ZhangChang is destined to be a restless college student. He devoted himself to martial arts, participated in martial arts activities many times, and regarded martial arts as his lifelong career.
From 65438 to 0995, ZhangChang, a college student, witnessed and directly participated in the establishment of Liaoning Tai Ji Chuan Association, and became one of the founders and executive director. In the same year, ZhangChang participated in the first Tai Ji Chuan Coach Training Course in Liaoning Province, and was hired as a coach in Tai Ji Chuan, Liaoning Province after examination, and was later rated as an excellent coach at the provincial level. This year, ZhangChang won the martial arts Tai Ji Chuan in the Tai Ji Chuan Sword Competition held by Liaoning Sports Federation. In the same year, a martial arts Tai Ji Chuan training course was held in Shenyang Bitang Park, and the first Tai Ji Chuan tutoring station under Liaoning Tai Ji Chuan Association was established. ZhangChang is an English translation of Soul of Taiji, which was jointly published by Tai Ji Chuan Association of Liaoning Province and Liaoning Publishing House.
After graduating from law, ZhangChang did not naturally become a judge and prosecutor like other students, but went to Dalian alone to develop his martial arts career. In the past ten years, it has been proved that his choice is not wrong.
Rooted in Dalian Wulin
1997, ZhangChang officially settled in Dalian, which indicated that the authentic martial arts Tai Ji Chuan officially settled in Dalian. Began to teach children's Wushu optional routines and national prescribed routines, and officially taught Wushu Tai Ji Chuan in Dalian. Then he became a disciple of Zhang Shan. In 2002, ZhangChang established ZhangChang Wushu Tai Ji Chuan Club in Dalian, with members mainly from Tai Ji Chuan and other Tai Ji Chuan fans, and actively carried out the popularization and promotion activities of Wushu Tai Ji Chuan. Tai Ji Chuan Wushu Club has been rated as an "advanced group member unit" by Dalian Wushu Association for two consecutive years, and ZhangChang himself has been awarded the titles of "excellent coach" and "advanced individual". In 2005, he organized and participated in the Tai Ji Chuan performance of thousands of people at the opening ceremony of China International Old Expo; Participate in sports and cultural activities in Dalian. In the 2006 Dalian Wushu Championship, the Wushu Tai Ji Chuan team led by ZhangChang won 1 1 gold and 1 silver, and won the team championship. At present, ZhangChang is planning to hold the first folk Tai Ji Chuan exchange meeting (and the first folk Tai Ji Chuan invitational tournament) to promote the exchange and development of folk Taiji culture.
How did the Taiji master "refine"?
On the road to martial arts, ZhangChang was lucky to meet many famous martial arts teachers, who left a deep impression on his growth: Yin Shi (an excellent agent in China in his early years) and Zhang Shan (an internationally recognized authoritative expert and activist in martial arts). After becoming a disciple of Zhang Shan, ZhangChang perfectly combined theory with practice, realized the true meaning of Wushu, and realized that Wushu is not a simple sport, but an important part of China traditional culture. Teacher Zhang Shan has the deepest influence on ZhangChang.
At first, ZhangChang practiced martial arts for four or five hours every day, which was boring, but it was the most crucial and important thing. Then learn martial arts routines (optional routines), which is the formation period of routines, that is, the formation and finalization stage of "hands, eyes, body, methods and steps", and practice "check boxing, Shaolin Taizu boxing and machinery". Then the performance combined with Sanshou has a deep accumulation in Sanshou and actual combat. In particular, entering Tai Chi stage is the key stage of the integration of theory and practice from low to high, from which ZhangChang's initial learning theory was formed, integrated inside and outside, and sublimated to a new realm of martial arts.
China Wushu is a long-standing culture.
ZhangChang's determination to popularize China Wushu culture, establish Dalian Wushu Tai Ji Chuan Club, develop children's Wushu education and cultivate Wushu talents is only part of it. His students are all over the world, counting thousands, from children aged five or six to elderly people aged eighty or ninety. He always takes the motto of "respecting teachers and attaching importance to teaching, paying equal attention to morality and art, and cultivating both civil and military skills", pursuing the purity of kung fu, combining tradition with modernity, combining theory with practice, contending with a hundred schools of thought, and cultivating both inside and outside. ZhangChang believes that it is very important for a martial arts practitioner to have good humanistic quality and cultivate good martial arts morality. A person with both ability and political integrity can reach a higher level in the martial arts world and finally achieve greatness. Nowadays, people are impetuous, and there are many people who pursue fame and gain, but few people are sincere. Many people blindly open martial arts schools, making profits under the guise of martial arts, and the quality of students is uneven. This is an irresponsible performance, but few people really manage Wushu as a valuable culture. ZhangChang has always believed that martial arts is a valuable asset in China's long-standing culture, and the world should cherish it, cherish it, and strive to inherit and develop it worldwide.

Wulin Wizards Market "Challenge"
Collected from Yushan Community, Paoya Street, Ganjingzi District.
There is a young martial arts master in Yushan community. Recently, he led a team to participate in the 2007 Hong Kong International Wushu Festival and brought back many gold medals.
Yesterday, the reporter saw the martial arts master in a "challenge ring" in the Yushan community farmer's market in Paoya Street. He is teaching his disciples martial arts. He is ZhangChang, 36 years old.
"This Wushu Festival * * * has 263 teams from more than 20 countries and regions and 3,000 Wushu players. It's really a Wushu event!" He said: "For me, this is the second time to go to Hong Kong to participate in this martial arts competition. It is a stage for me to show my strength! "
On March 16, he set out with 20 apprentices. "There are many young people in my professor's apprentice, and the youngest is only seven or eight years old. They participated in different competitions such as Wushu routine, Tai Ji Chuan, Sanda and skill competition. "
ZhangChang said that in order to encourage and affirm his positive contribution to Wushu in the past 20 years, the General Assembly awarded him the Best Contribution Award for Wushu Promotion. On the podium, Chiu Man-Cheuk, Yuan Biao and many other stars in the performing arts presented awards to the winners. However, because ZhangChang was a member of the judging panel and was responsible for recording the press conference, he did not go to the stage to receive the award in person for fear that it would affect the progress of the competition. He said that now that I think about it, I have some regrets.
There are both regrets and gains, and his apprentice has won good news frequently in the competition. First, Yang Yuanyuan, 9, won 4 gold 1 bronze medals, and then Li Chan, 3 years old 1 silver medals. Yang, 12 years old, has only trained for more than two months, and his condition has greatly improved. After hard work, he won the gold medal in broadsword and the bronze medal in boxing. Senior player Gao won the third place in Sun Tai Ji Chuan and the gold medal in Chen Tai Ji Chuan. Zhang Jian, 25, won 4 gold medals, 1 bronze medal.
ZhangChang said that the team he led in ZhangChang Wushu Culture Development Center finally won the third place in the total score of the group. On March 19, at the closing ceremony of the International Wushu Festival, ZhangChang appeared in the International Wushu Master Show. "Among all the performers, I am the youngest martial arts master."
At that time, ZhangChang won a full house with his "amazing whip", which showed the power of "God whip". ZhangChang said that he would cherish his achievements and make more efforts for the future of China Wushu.

Xiangjianghang
-2007 Hong Kong International Wushu Festival
Editor's note:
Wushu competition will be held in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, which means that Wushu will be on the Olympic stage for the first time. This is the dream of China Wushu for many years! Just 500 days before the Beijing Olympic Games, ZhangChang, a Dalian martial arts wizard and inheritor of martial arts Taiji, led his disciples to participate in the 5th Hong Kong International Wushu Festival in the 2007 Return Cup, where he felt the infinite yearning and expectation of Xiangjiang people for the Beijing Olympic Games and the widespread popularity and respect of China Wushu in the international community.
One day in early spring last year, I received an invitation letter from the organizing committee of Hong Kong International Wushu Festival, inviting me to participate in the 2007 "Return Cup" Hong Kong International Wushu Festival. Between the lines is full of sincerity and respect. This is the fifth time that I have received the same invitation. For various reasons, except for the first invitation to meet, I felt a little sorry that I didn't keep the appointment again. This time, I made up my mind: I must attend this international Wushu Festival. Hong Kong International Wushu Festival has been successfully held for four times since it was launched in 2003. The number of participating countries and regions has grown from the initial dozen to more than twenty, and the number has also increased from the initial few thousand to two or three thousand, and its influence has been expanding. This year's Wushu Festival has a judging team led by Zhang Shan and other international authoritative Wushu experts. The martial arts star in the film world, the "Snow Queen" and the diving champion Xiao are the image ambassadors of this year's Wushu Festival, attracting countless government officials, sports leaders and celebrities from all walks of life to attend the meeting, which is a bridge and link for people in the world's Wushu circles to strengthen exchanges and enhance friendship. Before we leave on March 15, there is only one day before we go to Hong Kong to participate in the "2007 Return Cup" and the 5th Hong Kong International Wushu Festival. I've been busy for so long, and I can finally go. This feeling can't be described in words. Looking back on my entrepreneurial course in Dalian 10, I can see that there are hardships, gains, pains and joys, but it is unusual for a martial arts culture disseminator to regard the spread of martial arts culture as his lifelong pursuit. Next year (2008) will be the proud year of Beijing Olympic Games for China people. For a Wushu worker, this will be a proud year, because China Wushu will change the past situation of wandering outside the Olympic gate, step into the Olympic hall for the first time, and show the world its profoundness and magic. While we are happy to look forward to it, we also feel a deep sense of responsibility. China Wushu needs not only the support of the government and trade associations, but also the unremitting efforts of everyone who loves China Wushu in China. With such a sense of responsibility, I accepted the kind invitation of the Organizing Committee of Hong Kong International Wushu Festival. For me, it is also the second time to come to Hong Kong to participate in this martial arts competition. March 16, I hope to take off in my dream. The weather is not as bad as it was a few days ago. We will meet at Zhoushuizi International Airport at eight o'clock. Although our team has a large age span, most of them are young people, and the youngest is only 7 or 8 years old. Some of them are going out for the first time, some are flying for the first time, and some are going to Hong Kong for the first time, so everyone's face is clearly written with freshness and excitement. A group of 23 people, including 20 people, participated in different events such as Wushu routine, Tai Ji Chuan, Sanda and skill competition. Although the result of the game is still unknown, we are all confident. This self-confidence comes from our usual accumulation, as well as our persistence and love for martial arts. In the afternoon 1, when I was about to board the plane, an unexpected thing happened: one of my students, Yang, was suddenly told by the airport staff that the name on the ticket did not match the name on the pass, and according to the regulations, boarding was not allowed. Later, I learned that Yang's parents had just changed their children's names before handling the pass, and the ticket was booked a month ago, but they forgot to correct it when issuing the ticket and still used the old name. Later, after coordination, considering that children can go out to participate in international competitions at an early age, which is also the honor of their hometown, the airport was finally released. On the plane, I think many people have the same feelings as me, just like the plane in the air, it has ups and downs, but as long as it is flying, it will have a direction, and the hope of stepping on the plane is not far away. At 5 pm, we arrived at Shenzhen airport. After declaration and customs clearance, we arrived at our hotel. As the total number of people attending the Wushu Festival this year has reached 3,000, the accommodation problem has become complicated. Fortunately, after many efforts, the team members were finally arranged in a quasi-six-star hotel at night. After all the arrangements were made, I returned to my residence. It was already past 4 o'clock in the morning. Because I have to attend the opening ceremony and referee work of the Wushu Festival the next day, I have limited time to rest. March 17, there are joys and regrets. Today is the first day of the opening of the International Wushu Festival. According to the meeting procedure, a martial arts competition will be held after the opening ceremony. At the opening ceremony, 23 people were awarded the Best Wushu Promotion Contribution Award to encourage and affirm their positive contributions to the promotion of Wushu culture over the years. This is an international award. As the only person in Liaoning province who won this honor, I deeply feel that the responsibility will be heavier in the future. Chiu Man-Cheuk, Yuan Biao and many other stars presented awards to the winners. Unfortunately, as a member of the jury, I am responsible for recording the conference. According to the requirements of the conference, the judging part was put in place at the beginning of the opening ceremony. I failed to go on stage to receive the award in person and missed that exciting moment. There are regrets and gains. In the following competitions, the team I led (Dalian ZhangChang Wushu Development Center) won frequent reports: Yang Yuanyuan 4 gold 1 bronze medal, Li Chan 3 gold 1 silver medal, Qigong 1 silver medal, and Deng Liangyu was young and mature. Surrounded by more than 40 people, she stood out and won the second place in the optional boxing. It is worth mentioning that disciple Yang suffers from asthma and has not trained for two years. In order to prepare for this trip to Hong Kong, his elderly grandfather will take him back several times a day to train with everyone. He stayed ill for more than two months and his condition improved greatly. At the critical moment, he embodies the indomitable spirit of a little person. After hard work, he won the gold medal of broadsword and the bronze medal of boxing, which proved his strength and showed the tenacious fighting spirit to the world. March 18, under heavy pressure, achieved remarkable results. Today is the second day of the official competition of Hong Kong International Wushu Festival. Today, we not only performed well in Wushu routines and Sanda competitions, but also achieved amazing results in Tai Ji Chuan competitions. Gao is an old member of the team. After hard work, he won the third place in Sun-style Tai Ji Chuan and the gold medal in Chen-style Tai Ji Chuan, which can be said to be in full swing. Although Wang Tao's introduction is brief, it is extremely savvy. After half a year's hard training, I have achieved good results of one silver and one bronze. In addition, today is also a harvest day for disciple Zhang Jian. He has 4 gold 1 bronze (42 Tai Chi Chuan, 42 Tai Chi Jian, Wu Tai Chi Chuan, Chen Tai Chi Chuan, Chen Tai Chi Jian). Looking at his happy face like a child, who can think of the burden behind the gold medal? Zhang Jian, 25 years old, has a maturity that does not match his age, which should be attributed to his unfortunate family. His father has been seriously ill in bed for more than ten years and can't take care of himself. He usually needs Zhang Jian to wait on him when he gets up, goes to the toilet, sleeps and his mother is sick. Zhang Jian has shouldered the burden of family since he was a child. Under heavy pressure, he also tried his best to take time out for training and keep an optimistic attitude. Before I came to Hong Kong, I entrusted the task of taking care of my father to my close friend, and then I came to Hong Kong with peace of mind. I also read about my family from time to time during the competition. Bao Jianfeng has been honed, and Zhang Jian's success has made people understand that not everyone's life is smooth sailing. As long as they have firm beliefs, no matter how big the difficulties are, they can't stop a strong man from moving forward. It is with this firm belief that the team of our Wushu Culture Development Center finally won the third place in the total score of 20 gold, 9 silver and 6 bronze. On March 19, a "stunning whip" sounded in Xiangjiang River. After two days of fierce competition, I can finally relax. This morning is the closing ceremony of the International Wushu Festival. It is also a great honor and encouragement for me to perform at the International Wushu Masters. As the youngest "master" among performers, I finally have a chance to show my martial arts talent again. In the end, my performance of "God Whip" once again showed the world the power of "God Whip" and won the applause of the audience. After bursts of applause, with the judges' special contribution award and the best Wushu promotion award awarded by the organizing committee, I watched the disciples' happy faces after harvest, and the fatigue of the past few days vanished, replaced by infinite happiness and satisfaction. That feeling is really wonderful! Xiangjiang river impression Xiangjiang river in March is full of spring. Speaking of it, Hong Kong and Dalian are really similar. The air is fresh, the roads are as flat as new, and there are flowers and green grass everywhere. Sometimes, I mistakenly think that I am somewhere in Dalian. Similar environment, different feelings, in these short days, I was deeply impressed by several students from Hong Kong Vocational College and a group of volunteer sisters who worked with me. They never swear at will; When they see someone smoking, they will immediately dissuade them and tell them not to smoke in public places; If you want to ask for directions, they will tell you very carefully. In Hong Kong, I can often see warning signs that spitting will attract heavy punishment, which left a deep impression on me. Although it is the second time to participate in the Hong Kong International Wushu Festival, I feel different every time. Hong Kong has narrow roads, drivers drive on the left, dense population and many high-rise buildings. The pace of life is fast, but the speed of speech is slow. Although the cuisines they eat are the same as those in the Mainland, considering the acceptance of local people in Hong Kong, their practices will be different. In their spare time, Hong Kong people will volunteer. Different cultures, different geographical environments, but we can get together. At this time, I once again feel the sacredness of national traditional culture and the greatness of China Wushu. It is the martial arts culture in China that brings so many people of different colors, languages and nationalities together to learn skills, learn from each other's strong points and make common progress and development. At this time, I feel a strong sense of mission, and we should cherish our achievements. (Text/ZhangChang)

Jing Hong Shenbian established the spirit of martial arts.
Reporter: Zhang Li Zhu Jing
"China Wushu is profound, with a long history and various categories. Wushu is a kind of culture, and every culture will record a period of human history, and Wushu is no exception. We must inherit traditional martial arts, but this inheritance is by no means unconditional and blind, but conditional, selective and targeted. " ZhangChang, a famous martial arts master, said in an interview with the author recently. ZhangChang practiced martial arts since he was a child. Learn from Zhang Shan, a contemporary martial arts master. In 2002, ZhangChang, as a member of the Wushu Performance Troupe of China Wushu School, gave a special performance for Chinese and foreign VIPs and ambassadors to China, including former Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference President Li Ruihuan, which was highly affirmed and appreciated. In particular, ZhangChang's Magic Whip is a blockbuster and is known as the "Magic Whip". Over the years, ZhangChang has been committed to the inheritance and spread of traditional Wushu. When it comes to martial arts, Mr. Zhang gushes. ZhangChang believes that it is very important to inherit traditional Wushu, and how to inherit it correctly is the most important. He suggested that under the premise of inheriting traditional Wushu, development and innovation should be more active. Of course, innovation and development are not passive water or castles in the air. It is unrealistic and lifeless to emphasize innovation and development unilaterally without traditional Wushu itself. ZhangChang pointed out that the development of modern Wushu is inseparable from the foundation of traditional Wushu, and modern Wushu is the result of the further development and innovation of traditional Wushu. In other words, without the past of traditional Wushu, there would be no present of modern Wushu, let alone the future of China Wushu. Under the excellent form of reform and opening up, Wushu has developed vigorously, achieved remarkable achievements and been recognized by the world. Of course, while seeing the achievements, we should also see the shortcomings. We still have a lot of work to do. In the face of achievements, we should realize that there is still a long way to go for the inheritance and development of traditional Wushu. Wushu should not only innovate and develop, but also go abroad and carry forward in the world. This is also one of the goals of innovation and development, and it also needs scientific management to standardize the inheritance and development of Wushu. ZhangChang emphasized that innovation is particularly important in the process of popularizing and popularizing China Wushu. There are many kinds of traditional Wushu, and various boxing routines are different, which is not conducive to communication and promotion. Therefore, we should innovate and integrate traditional Wushu. Taking Tai Ji Chuan as an example, traditional Tai Ji Chuan can be divided into five schools: Chen, Yang, Wu, Wu and Sun. Every school has its own routines, which are complex and diverse in style. In this context, 42-style Tai Ji Chuan competition routines and various Tai Ji Chuan competition routines such as Chen, Yang, Wu, Wu and Sun have been launched one after another. This has played a positive role in the worldwide popularization and promotion of Tai Ji Chuan. At the same time, professionals should actively organize people with lofty ideals to excavate and sort out the precious folk Wushu cultural heritage and carry it forward. In the past, many kinds of boxing and schools did not have complete theories and written records, but were passed down from generation to generation by the words and deeds of the master. However, due to the long history, teachers have different methods of preaching and teaching, students have different abilities of inheriting and understanding, and the styles of the same boxing are varied, which brings inconvenience to popularization. Wushu workers have the responsibility to excavate and sort out these precious traditional historical materials to make them standardized, theoretical and systematic. At the end of the interview, ZhangChang also explained to the author the true meaning of being a soldier-a martial artist should be honest and self-disciplined, set an example and improve his quality; Under the new situation, we should show people with a new image and get rid of the usual "lout" image in people's minds; We should be both civil and military, have both ability and political integrity, clearly understand the direction in the fierce competition, dare to face difficulties, and establish a lifelong ambition to fight for Chinese Wushu. Only in this way can we become a qualified popularization and promoter of traditional Wushu and make our own contribution to the continuous development of Wushu in China.
