How long do you need to install fire doors in the hotel corridor?

Evacuation distance is divided into two situations:

1. The evacuation door between the two safety exits is 25m.

2. The evacuation doors located on both sides or at the end of the bag-shaped walkway are 15m. When all buildings are equipped with automatic sprinkler systems, it will increase by 25%. The straight-line distance from any indoor point to the evacuation door should not be greater than the straight-line distance from both sides of the evacuation door or the end of the bag-shaped walkway to the nearest safety exit.

According to the regulations in this table, the straight-line distance from the room evacuation doorway to the open corridor in the building to the nearest safety exit can be increased by 5m. When the room is located between two stairwells, the straight-line distance from the evacuation door of the room leading to the evacuation walkway to the recently opened stairwell shall be reduced by 5m as specified in this table;

When the room is located on both sides or at the end of the bag-shaped walkway, it should be reduced by 2m according to the regulations in this table. When all buildings are equipped with automatic sprinkler systems, the safe evacuation distance can be increased by 25% as specified in this table.

Extended data:

The stairwell of the hotel apartment is directly connected with the outdoor on the first floor. When it is really difficult, you can use the enlarged closed stairwell or the front room of the smoke-proof stairwell on the first floor. When the number of floors does not exceed 4 and the enlarged closed stairwell or the front room of the smoke-proof stairwell is not used, the door leading to the outside can be set at a distance of no more than 15m from the stairwell;

The straight-line distance from any indoor point to the evacuation door should not be greater than the straight-line distance from both sides of the evacuation door or the end of the bag-shaped walkway to the nearest safety exit specified in Table 5.5. 17;

There shall be no less than two evacuation doors or exits for buildings with Grade I or II fire resistance, such as audience halls, exhibition halls, multi-function halls, restaurants and business halls. The straight-line distance from any indoor point to the nearest evacuation door or exit should not be greater than 30m;;

When the evacuation door can't go directly to the outdoor ground or the evacuation stairwell, the evacuation walkway with the length not exceeding 10m should be used to reach the nearest safety exit. When the automatic sprinkler system is installed in this place, the safe evacuation distance from any point in the room to the nearest safety exit can be increased by 25% respectively.
