Starting point: Xining City

1. Start from the starting point due west and drive along Nanguan Street for 370 meters. Turn slightly left

2. Drive 60 meters, turn left to the front and enter Changjiang Road

3. Drive along Changjiang Road for 260 meters, turn left to the rear

4 .Drive 330 meters, turn slightly right and enter Kunlun Middle Road

5. Drive along Kunlun Middle Road for 3.0 kilometers, pass Jianxiang Building on the left for about 100 meters, and enter Delingha Road
