The industry of hotel lobby manager (night manager) is very different. If you haven't done it, it's hard to do it well. Because hotel night managers usually start from the front desk of the hotel, they will be promoted after two or three years (referring to the kind with excellent performance), and the slow time is five or six years. Of course, according to different hotel grades, night managers also have different requirements. The night manager of a regular star-rated hotel has the right to use the deputy general manager of the hotel, so the requirements for the night manager are relatively high. As for the treatment, the grades of different hotels vary greatly, generally from 2.5K to 7K.
