On December 2th, the reporter learned from the media promotion meeting of the Dream Carnival in Huagetai Ice and Snow Town that from the 22nd of this month, an ice and snow event will be held in Huagetai Scenic Area, which advocates "low-carbon life and slow time". At that time, tourists can play ice and snow, taste delicious food, enjoy the graceful light show and fireworks show, and enjoy different warm winter time with friends and relatives.

Huagetai Scenic Area is located in the triangle area of Baotou Equipment Park, National Highway 21 and Danla Expressway, covering an area of 742 mu, of which the first phase construction area is more than 1 mu. Huagetai artificial lake in the scenic area is the largest artificial lake in our city, with a lake area of 392, square meters and a total length of 3.7 kilometers. Huagetai international camping area is built around the lake, making it the first in Qingshan District. The scenic spot started construction in May this year and took 152 days to take shape. After the winter, Qingshan District reorganized its resources and broadened its horizons, creating a dream carnival in an ice and snow town that is more in line with the solar terms.

In the snowy town, the newly built 11 new energy huts highlight the characteristics of environmental protection materials and easy disassembly. Referring to the scenery of the "Snow Town" in the northeast, the huts are dressed in "silver" with funa, and red lanterns with full flavor of the year are hung under the eaves. When the weather is cold, fine works of snow sculpture will be displayed around the igloo, highlighting the characteristics of Baotou Snow Scenic Area. Visitors can rest and stay in the igloo and experience the fashion of new hotels in the world of ice and snow.

Flower Getai, Mongolian "Flower Ritai", translated into Chinese as a place with flowers. For this reason, thousands of electronic tulips will be lit up in the night time during the opening of the ice and snow town, and a light show will be specially arranged after mid-January, so that visitors can feel the beautiful holiday atmosphere in a tunnel full of bright lights and dreams. At the same time, a rich fireworks show was arranged, including a rainbow colored smoke show during the day and a traditional fireworks show at night. During New Year's Day, Spring Festival and Western Valentine's Day, the scenic spots will all stage light shows and fireworks shows in the romantic snow scene, adding color to the holiday life.

In the snow and ice scenic spots, snow and ice sculptures are essential. Hua 'getai specially invited nearly 5 artists from snow sculpture, the hometown of sculpture, to make works such as Zodiac, auspicious soaring (airplane, train, tank) and cartoon characters by taking advantage of Baotou's cooling mechanism some time ago, which were full of originality and lifelike. Recently, due to the warmer weather, snow sculpture and ice sculptures may not be available to tourists at the beginning of the carnival on the 22nd. However, after January, if the weather permits, these works will be fully presented, and different snow sculpture ice sculptures will be re-launched every other week, so that each group of tourists can enjoy different visual impacts.

on the first day of the carnival on the 22nd, snow resorts, restaurants and entertainment projects were first opened to tourists. At present, 15 slides in the ski area are ready, and there are also snow flying saucers, snow bumper balls, ice carts, ice gyros and other projects in the entertainment area. Parents and children can also make snowmen, have snowball fights and make ice sculptures.
