Article 4 The safety management of gymnasiums shall strictly implement the safety management laws and regulations, establish and improve various safety systems that are suitable for the specific conditions of the unit, and accept the guidance and inspection of the competent department. Article 5 The municipal, district and county sports administrative departments shall be responsible for supervising and inspecting the safety of sports venues within their respective jurisdictions, and guiding and urging the safety management of sports venues. Relevant government departments should do a good job in the safety management of gymnasiums according to their respective responsibilities. Sixth gyms must be audited by the public security fire department and the administrative department of health, and obtain a business license according to law before they can carry out activities. Article 7 The safety management of bath, entertainment, catering and other items attached to gymnasiums shall be implemented in accordance with the safety management standards or safety management norms of relevant industries. Safety of fitness activities Article 8 The clear height of the venue space of a gym shall not be less than 2.6 meters.
