The third day in Tibet: Shenshan-Yarlung Zangbo River-Lulang Town today.

This is a full day for you to feast your eyes on.

Depart from Linzhi at 7:30 in the morning and arrive at Benzi Shenshan at around 1 hour. Benshan is one of the important sacred mountains worshipped by Benbo. There is a large-scale geological park at the entrance of this wisdom mountain, with a wide view. Because it is summer, with abundant rain, most of the land has been flooded, and several Yangni rivers converge around the woodland to form the Yarlung Zangbo River. Half an hour later, I stopped here and walked around this mountain to the Yarlung Zangbo River.

The Yarlung Zangbo River is very famous, located in the world's highest-altitude Grand Canyon. It takes about an hour to drive from Benzi Shenshan, and then it takes three hours to visit the scenic spots by bus. The time spent is not proportional to the scenery. In the S-shaped section of the Yarlung Zangbo River, due to the narrowing of the river, the sound of the river is quite imposing. Because it is the rainy season, I can't see the true face of Nanga Bawa Peak.

From Yarlung Zangbo River to Sedila Mountain, it takes about 80 minutes to reach Lulang Linhai and Lulang Town. It is no exaggeration to say that this town is called the Swiss of China. It is not easy to have such scenery in China. Suitable for parents and children. You can take it for two or three days. There are hotels in the town. Because it is a newly opened scenic spot, there are few tourists.

I ate stone fish for dinner, but I can't remember the name of the fish. The meat is tender, with many small thorns and small fish, which is not suitable for hot pot. Frying should be good.
