Step 1: after choosing the right hotel room type, make a reservation by telephone, online or fax, and report the guest's name, room type and check-in date;

Step 2: the reservation department will confirm your reservation information within one hour after receiving it;

Step 3: After receiving the confirmation letter, on the day of check-in, the guest only needs to report the guest's name at the front desk;

Step 4: When checking in, you need to bring an adult ID card to check in. Guests only need to give their names at the front desk of the hotel and explain that they have reservations. The price has included 15% hotel service charge, including breakfast.
