Prohibited content

The state restricts and prohibits the production and consumption of alcohol and other related acts. It belongs to a part of liquor management. In ancient and modern Chinese and foreign history, the introduction of alcohol prohibition policy is often related to the social problems caused by drinking and its violation of religious precepts. As far as the history of China is concerned, the policy of prohibition of alcohol has a long history.

The prohibition of alcohol by the Ministry of Public Security

First, it is strictly forbidden to drink alcohol during working hours and at noon on weekdays;

Two, it is strictly prohibited to drink alcohol on duty, on duty and when performing official duties;

Three, it is forbidden to carry guns, police equipment, confidential documents and drunk driving;

4. It is forbidden to drink alcohol in public places in police uniforms;

Ten, it is strictly prohibited to drink at any time and on any occasion.

Anyone who violates one of the above bans and finds one or three warnings within one year, I and my unit can't be rated as advanced in that year, and ordered the parties to take off their jobs and study for half a month in informed criticism; If you don't make corrections after re-employment, you will be dismissed. If drinking causes serious consequences, disciplinary action shall be given according to the circumstances until criminal responsibility is investigated according to law. Disciplinary actions against relevant personnel shall be handled in accordance with the management authority of cadres and party member.

Contents of six prohibitions of the Armed Police Force:

1. It is forbidden to drink alcohol when the troops are on duty, handling emergencies, and rescuing and providing disaster relief.

2. It is forbidden to drink alcohol when carrying guns, ammunition and secret carriers.

3. Leading cadres and functionaries are strictly forbidden to drink alcohol during military inspection.

4. It is forbidden to eat and drink in local hotels, restaurants and food stalls with police uniforms.

5, combat readiness personnel on duty are strictly prohibited to drink on holidays. The Chinese People's Armed Police Force was established on April 5th, 1983 (the former China People's Public Security Central Column was established in August, 1949), and the General Office of the Military Commission has a "1 1 ban" on illegal banquets and drinking.
