1. Scope and Conditions of Selection

3. Registration and Qualification Review

(1) Anyone who meets the selection requirements can apply voluntarily. When registering, you must submit the originals and copies of your ID card, graduation certificate, teacher qualification certificate, professional and technical qualification certificate, provincial (city, county) teaching expert certificate or quality course certificate (only certificates issued by the teaching and research department), etc., recent 2 inches Two color bareheaded photos.

(4) Qualification review. The County Selection and Recruitment Leading Group Office is responsible for reviewing the qualifications of applicants and verifying relevant documents. 4. Examination methods and content

The exam is divided into a written test and an interview, both of which use a hundred-point system to calculate scores.

(1) Written test

The content of the written test is: public knowledge accounting for 30% (pedagogy, educational psychology, "Teachers Law of the People's Republic of China", "Education Law of the People's Republic of China", "Compulsory Education Law of the People's Republic of China", etc.), professional knowledge accounts for 70% (divided into academic sections, separate subject propositions, focusing on relevant professional knowledge abilities and subject courses) Standards, provincial (city, county) primary and secondary school teaching routines).

The written test time limit is 120 minutes. Please see the admission ticket for the time and place of the written examination.

Those who are awarded provincial teaching experts and high-quality course instructors will receive 10 points and 8 points respectively; those who are awarded municipal teaching experts and high-quality course instructors will receive 8 points and 6 points respectively. The above bonus points refer to the bonus points for the original written test score. Bonus points will not be scored twice and will be calculated based on individual bonus points.

Based on the scores after adding points in the written test, the list of interviewees will be determined in a ratio of 1:3 according to the position from high to low, and will be announced online.

(2) Interview

The interview adopts the lecture method, which mainly tests the comprehensive use of pedagogy, psychological knowledge and modern education methods to achieve the teaching purpose, organize the implementation of the course, master the course content, and apply Ability in teaching language and teaching resources.

After the interview, the total score of the candidates will be calculated based on the ratio of 60% written test score and 40% interview score, and will be published online. Interview scores and total exam scores are calculated to two decimal places.

5. Preliminary

The list of candidates for each position will be determined from the highest score to the lowest score based on the total score. For positions where there is only one person to interview, the total score must reach the minimum score in the preliminary selection for other positions. If the total scores are the same, the one with the higher written test score will be given priority. The list of candidates for the preliminary round will be published online.

6. Assessment

The county selection and recruitment office will organize the assessment of the candidates for the preliminary round. The assessment is conducted in a variety of ways to comprehensively understand the subject's political ideology, moral character, ability, learning performance, compliance with laws and regulations, integrity and self-discipline, and whether the subject needs to be evaded, and to determine whether the subject meets the prescribed qualifications. conditions, and review whether the application information and related materials provided are true and accurate.

7. Recruitment

Based on the examination and assessment results, a list of employed personnel will be drawn up and published online. After the list of employees is submitted to the county government for approval, the employment procedures will be completed and the probation period will be one year. Those who are qualified after the probation period will be formally hired, and those who are unqualified will not be hired.
