Cooking Tips

1. If you like eggs, you can add an egg. Don't eat too many eggs at one time, as this can cause high cholesterol and make it difficult to digest. (This is my personal opinion, not very professional)

2. I prefer it to be too sweet, so I added half a spoonful of sugar this time. If you like it sweeter, you can add more sugar. I feel that the sweetness is just right this time, which is acceptable to me~

3. If you have a small pot for boiling milk at home, this is the best. It is not easy to stick to the pot and the eggs are not easy to spread.

4. Others lay the eggs first and then add the sugar, but I want to make the soup sweet first, so that when I lay the eggs, the eggs will be more flavorful.

5. If you like poached eggs, don’t touch them after laying them. If you like loose eggs, you can keep stirring them after laying them to break them up. (I would rather stick to the pan than move the eggs, so my poached eggs failed. This is why the pan is not deep enough.)
