The main manifestations of poor heat dissipation are: prolonged ice-making time and even inability to make ice. Due to poor heat dissipation, the compressor is overheated, which hinders ice making. Preliminary treatment: open the cover, observe whether there is dust or other foreign matter blocking the heat sink on the heat sink, and take it out. In addition, if you use a fan to dissipate heat, see if the fan is working normally.

Another reason why ice makers don't make ice is that they don't supply water. Because the water pump is broken, it is impossible to add water pressure to the ice tray, and of course it is impossible to make ice. If conditions permit, the water pump should be cleaned every two months. If the water filtration system is not good, it should be cleaned once a month, or the water filtration system should be replaced. Otherwise, scale will block the water pump. Even burned to death. If it is found that the ice making time of the ice maker is longer than before, it is estimated that the refrigerant in the refrigeration system is insufficient after eliminating the above problems. In this case, it is generally necessary to add refrigerant. If the leakage is serious, there are pressure tests and leak detection. After repair welding, add refrigerant. Precautions for ice making:

1. The ice maker must be kept horizontal, otherwise it can't be deiced, and it will generate noise during operation.

2. The gap between the back of the ice maker and the left and right sides shall not be less than 30cm, and the gap at the top shall not be less than 60cm.

3. The ice maker should use independent power supply, dedicated line power supply, fuse and leakage protection switch, and be grounded reliably.

4. The water used in the ice maker should meet the national drinking water standard, and a water filtering device should be installed to filter the impurities in the water, so as to avoid blocking the water pipe and polluting the sink and ice mold. And influence that ice-making performance.

5. Please turn off the power when cleaning the ice machine. It is forbidden to use water pipes to directly aim at the fuselage for washing, and use neutral detergent for scrubbing. It is forbidden to use corrosive solvents such as acid and alkali for cleaning.

6. For the ice maker, the head of the water inlet hose must be unscrewed for two months, and the filter screen of the water inlet valve should be cleaned to prevent the water inlet from being blocked by sediment impurities in the water, resulting in the water inlet becoming smaller and unable to make ice.

7. The ice maker must clean the dust on the surface of the condenser every two months. Poor condensation and heat dissipation will cause damage to compressor parts. When cleaning, use vacuum cleaner, small brush, etc. Clean the oil and dust on the condensation surface, but don't use sharp metal tools to avoid damaging the condenser.

8. The water pipe, sink, refrigerator and protective film of the ice maker should be cleaned every two months.

9. Clean the ice machine when it is not in use, and dry the water in the ice mold and box with a hair dryer. Should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, no corrosive gas, avoid open storage.
