Catering facilities of Grand Hyatt Shanghai Jinmao

Shanghai Landmark Hotel Shanghai Jinmao Grand Hyatt Hotel has 10 restaurants and bars, which is one of the largest hotels in Hyatt Group. The opening of these restaurants and bars has brought new fashion to the catering industry in Shanghai. Grand Hyatt Shanghai is located on the 88th floor above Jinmao Tower. Every restaurant and bar can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Shencheng, and its decoration and food are unique. The open kitchen is the core of most restaurants, each with its own characteristics. This brand-new cooking method moves the fun of cooking from behind the scenes to the stage, where guests can see fresh food ingredients and watch the chef's live performance.

Cafe: Located on the 54th floor of Grand Hyatt Shanghai, the open kitchen mainly produces "daily specials". "Daily Special" offers traditional European dishes, such as fresh vegetable salad, appetizer, cheese and a series of exquisite desserts. The restaurant at No.56 is connected to an oval flat bar, and various wines are displayed in the heat preservation cabinet.
