Certificate of Entry Letter: When applying for a visa in this way, the Malaysian Embassy requires the applicant to provide the electronic version of the whole transportation reservation form and the original English version of the air ticket order issued by the airline in PDF format, which is true and valid, and must be consistent with the real itinerary, not a screenshot. But there is no requirement for hotel orders.
