Zhangzhou section is estimated to be about 79.9 kilometers, with an estimated investment of 4.5 billion yuan. Xia Long Railway will pass through 9 towns (fields) in 3 counties (cities, districts) of Zhangzhou, including 6 towns of Hexi, Jinshan, Longshan, Toyota, Shancheng and Jingcheng in Nanjing, Dafang Farm in Xiangcheng, Jiuhu and Yancuo in Longhai, and connect with xiamen-shenzhen railway at Zhangzhou Station. There will be five stations in Zhangzhou, namely Longshan Town Station, Nanjing Station, Caoban Station, Zhangzhou Station and Jiaomei Station, among which Longshan Town Station and Nanjing Station are passenger stations, Caoban Station is freight station, and Zhangzhou Station and Jiaomei Station are Xiamen-Shenzhen line stations (note: Zhangzhou Station was originally named Zhangzhou South Station, and yingtan-xiamen railway Zhangzhou Station was changed to Zhangzhou North Station). Xia Long Railway belongs to one of "Perfecting Road Network Layout and Developing New Lines in the West" in the National Medium and Long-term Railway Network Planning. The five coastal railways, Xia Long, Xiangpu, Wenfu, Fuxia and Xiamen-Shenzhen, jointly built by the Ministry of Railways and Fujian Province, connect the southeast coastal ports with the inland hinterland, which is conducive to the formation of a new comprehensive open channel serving the development of the central and western regions in the southeast coast and promoting the development of Xiamen's sea-rail combined transport. Xia Long Railway is an important part of the southern part of Fujian's "one vertical and two horizontal" express railway network (Ganlongxia Railway). The construction of Xia Long Railway marks the transformation of Fujian's express railway construction from coastal expansion to mountain-sea cooperation. It is the first express railway in the economic zone on the west side of the Taiwan Strait that directly connects Xiamen's international shipping hub port with the inland hinterland.
Longyan (Rock)-Xiamen (Gate) Railway starts from Longyan West Station of Zhanglong Line in the north, passes through Hexi, Longshan, Nanjing and Caoban to Zhangzhou, and is introduced to Xiamen through xiamen-shenzhen railway, with a total length of 17 1 km, in which a new two-lane electrified railway with a speed of 200 km/h is built. After the completion of Xia Long Railway, it only takes 1 hour to get from Xiamen to Longyan.
The design standard of Xia Long Railway is the national first-class express railway, with two main lines, the target speed of 200 km/h, the restricted slope of 13‰, the minimum curve radius of general sections of 3500 meters and the difficult sections of 2800 meters, and the traction power is electric power. In terms of capacity design, there are 20 pairs of passenger cars in the early stage (2020), including 8 pairs of intercity trains, with 9.5 million tons of freight and 6.5438+0.54 million tons of freight; In the long term (2030), there will be 30 pairs of passenger cars, including intercity train 12 pairs, freight138,000 tons and freight10.8 million tons. The construction period of the whole project is 6 years, and the whole line can be completed and opened to traffic in 20 12 years.
