What is the English level of hotel management?

Although I'm not a hotel management major, I know someone who used to be a wine management major, so let me take a look at my opinion.

At school, according to whether the school has qualitative requirements, it is required to pass a certain level of English test, because as far as I know, each university has its own requirements. If the school has uniform requirements, then you need to pass several levels of exams.

If the school doesn't require it or you personally feel that the requirements stipulated by the school don't meet your requirements, then you need to compare the requirements of the hotel you need to apply for in the future.

Hotels are divided into foreign-related hotels and non-foreign-related hotels, which means that if you graduate for internship or apply for foreign-related hotels in the future, I personally suggest that you pass Grade 4.

However, every department in every hotel has different needs for English. For example, the concierge department of foreign-related hotels receives foreign guests very frequently and has higher requirements for English. If this is a foreign-related department, I suggest that the higher your English level, the better.

If the direction you choose is not a foreign hotel, your English level can only meet the requirements given by the school, but you will never suffer from one more skill. A higher skill level will only benefit you.
