After careful site selection and design, Dadongbei Hotel, the first three-star hotel with the mission of "promoting the food culture in Northeast China and condensing the friendship of the people in Northeast China", opened in the northeast corner of Heping East Bridge in the North Third Ring Road. Here, Kang Weihai fully integrates the enthusiasm, boldness, rudeness and hospitality of the Northeast people into the catering business, and wins the love of consumers by relying on authentic and affordable dishes and warm and thoughtful service. Bold and innovative attempts in dishes, the combination of rough and bold Northeast cuisine and exquisite Cantonese cuisine was realized for the first time in the catering industry, which solved the problem of refined kitchen management and service; It not only meets high-end business banquets, but also takes into account low-end consumer groups; Golden boy accurately connected the theme positioning with the CRD theme in Shijingshan District, added a large seafood plaza, launched a seal performance, turned the Northeast couple into a small theater, sent cakes on birthdays, and sent blessings to birthday angels on the spot. At the beginning of its opening, Golden Boy was rated as the first five-star tourist restaurant in Shijingshan District by Beijing Tourism Bureau. After its opening in 2003, it caused a sensation in the catering industry in western Beijing and became another bright spot in Shijingshan District after Bajiao Amusement Park. This year, Kang Weihai, who just turned 30, was elected as a member of the Shijingshan District Political Consultative Conference.
Create a "marine ecological theme" catering to realize the second take-off of enterprises.
"Only the beginning, not the end" is Kang Weihai's motto. After winning two games in a row, Kang Weihai didn't indulge in enjoyment and entertainment like the "people who get rich first", but made another big move-investing more than 80 million yuan to build Beijing's first "marine ecology" theme restaurant in Tongzhou District with great development potential. The 39-meter-high pure catering restaurant is known as the highest restaurant in Asia; The large-scale marine cultural square, which is built at a huge cost, is not only a simple ordering area, with coconut groves and rocks, flowing water, seal performances, marine rare creatures watching, crocodiles preying, and hundreds of raw seafood, fish, shrimp and crabs, which are entertaining while people eat; At the end of 2004, Jin Jiupeng Ocean World was put into operation and was rated as the first five-star restaurant in Tongzhou District. There are 68 private rooms, three banquet centers and 1500 dining places on the ninth floor of the store, which have been full every day for three years, especially on holidays. Nowadays, "Jin Jiupeng" seems to have become synonymous with JD.COM catering. Jin Jiupeng's four characteristics-"high-end business banquets, wedding banquet experts, seafood giants and personalized management methods" were once called "Jin Jiupeng phenomenon" by the catering industry and reported by the media one after another. The victory of Kang Weihai's move also made the development of Zhongkang Group enterprises take off for the second time. In 2005, the annual sales of Zhongkang Group enterprises exceeded 200 million yuan.
Create a "Southeast Asian Modernist Garden" theme hotel and realize the rapid transformation of enterprises.
At the beginning of 2006, after visiting Hong Kong, Macao and four Southeast Asian countries for business investigation and meeting with hotel giants, Chairman Kang Weihai announced at the high-level meeting of the group: "With the opening of the Zhongkang International Hotel under construction as an opportunity, both the catering industry and the hotel industry will be paid equal attention within 1-2 years, and the strategic transformation of developing modern hotel industry will be highlighted." It has 280 guest rooms, a large multi-functional banquet hall that can accommodate 500 people, and six conference centers with different specifications. The Chinese restaurant has 35 private rooms and a snack hall, specializing in Cantonese cuisine and seafood. Japanese restaurant, French restaurant and lobby bar are fully functional. SPA, swimming pool, gym and KTV facilities are all available! Since its opening in August 2008, Zhongkang International Hotel has become the most influential five-star hotel in JD.COM after the Olympic Games with excellent hardware, advanced management, humanized service and good reputation!
