Spring tea picking in Mengding Mountain

Tea picking originated from friends' circle of friends. Some fresh photos of making tea remind me of tea-how is tea made? I met and drank tea in Wen Shu University, but I have never experienced the wonderful process of picking tea, frying, rolling and frying again.

Spring is a time when everything is full of vitality, and outing has become an important activity for people to travel short distances on weekends. So I contacted some friends and invited them to pick tea. Tea in Sichuan is famous for its yellow teeth and green tea. If you can experience tea picking in Mengding Mountain, you will be blessed.

Finally, * * * got to know two good friends (W and Y), W is a junior high school classmate who has known him for 8 years, and Y is a college classmate. One is warm and easy-going, and the other loves new things and is eager to make friends with others. Of course, two good friends can become friends, and a threesome is the best team (two people are lonely, and more than three people often have too many differences). Appoint a travel time, let's go!

I spent the night with a little excitement, and finally it was Saturday. Brother Gan of Xiangyuan contacted the farmhouse for us on the Internet, and also provided us with a lot of practical information. W arrived in Chengdu from Jianyang early, and three people gathered at Xinnanmen Station. The two-hour drive made us feel a little bored, but after getting off the bus, we were covered in blood and refreshed. The staff of Mingshan Station registered the passengers and took their temperatures. There were some surprises, because Y came from Wuhan, so we were asked a lot of questions. Later, we were "forced" to stay at the Yi Hao Hotel that night (arranged by the government). By tricycle, we soon arrived at the hotel (it looks much more upscale than the farmhouse near the scenic spot). After some complicated procedures, we successfully reserved a single room of 60 for three people. The room is relatively clean, with good lighting, facing the river and away from car noise.

Take a break. have a rest

Let's put down our luggage and dress up a little (actually for an hour or two). We went into battle lightly, having lunch first, and then picking tea. There are still many food choices on the street, and then I chose a Chinese restaurant near the hotel. One meat, one dish and one soup, delicious and affordable, really impressed us. After eating, we set off, and we came to the archway as the tricycle master said, just as the local taxi (van) was waiting for the guests. After inquiry and confirmation, we got on the bus, and about 30 minutes later we arrived at Jia Peng compound (terminal).

The word "Jia Peng Garden" stands out (I don't know why everyone calls it "Jia Peng Courtyard"). We came to the farmhouse, and a local tea maker of about 25 years old received us. Negotiate the price, grab the small laundry list, and we will follow in his footsteps to the backyard. After he briefly explained to us the methods and precautions of picking tea, we started the first experience of picking tea.

The tea mountain is not big, and the sun can't shine on the tea trees in front of us. There are rows of tea trees, and the soil that has just rained is somewhat unfriendly, so we have not developed every piece of land well. The initial excitement made us curious about tea trees and took photos to commemorate them. After "shooting" several rows of tea trees, we walked up the steep slope and opened up a new horizon. After passing through the dense forest, the field in front of us is flatter, the sun shines obliquely on the leaves through the clouds, and the teeth are more charming in the sun. At the same time, taking photos, chatting and singing also added a little joy to our tea-picking process.

After more than two hours of collection, the three of us collected half a basket. According to the tea maker, we must collect enough baskets before frying. We are a little flustered, but it's already dinner time and the forest is getting colder and colder. Back to Peng's compound, we asked the tea maker to make an exception and help us cook. The frying process lasted nearly 40 minutes, including high-temperature stir-frying, stirring, kneading, stir-frying, cooling and packaging. After washing our hands, we also experience rubbing. Semi-dry tea leaves are squeezed between our palms. Kneading can make the aroma, color and taste of tea better. The cell wall of tea leaves is destroyed when it is kneaded, and it will feel sticky when it is kneaded to a certain extent. At the same time, the strength of the hand is also very important. If it is too heavy, the color of the tea will be dark. The whole room is filled with the smell of spring and the smell of tea.

The tea master is puzzled, and we young people also come to pick tea. "What do you think of tea?" I said: I came into contact with tea in Wenshuyuan, and I was gradually attracted by different teas. "There are few college students like you to pick tea. Most of them are middle-aged people. I started making tea before you, and young people really don't like tea. "

After the frying is completed, the tea leaves in front of us shrink to one-third of the tea green. Because it took some time to pick tea and take photos for the first time, I didn't get much, but I was quite satisfied with this experience. Divide the bag into three bags, and each of us is responsible for our own work. I think maybe we can have a small tea party and share it with some friends. Not only a few cups of tea were shared, but also the joy of making tea and the memories of friends who traveled together.

It was getting late, so we contacted a local master and took a taxi back to Mingshan Town. Hungry, we went directly to find food, and finally chose a hot pot restaurant online. Y especially likes to eat hot pot, and we enjoy it. The environment is average and the taste is good, the average person is 70. Approaching 10, the street is quiet. Buy three sodas and walk slowly back to the hotel.

The tired body finally relaxed on the soft bed at 12: 30. Y said: I'm so sleepy, I'm going to sleep. Later, I didn't know who said what, and then ... all three of them didn't seem sleepy, and the topic was one after another, and the more they talked, the more excited they became. It's 6 o'clock before you know it. Well, you should get up if you don't sleep. As soon as I closed my eyes, I woke up at 10: 30!

We pack things, check out and have lunch at a faster speed. /kloc-around 0/2 o'clock, I went to the archway again and waited for the van. A few minutes later, the bus didn't appear. Asked two local people nearby to know that there are not many trains. One of the locals is chatting with another uncle who has just arrived. During the conversation, his uncle said that he would go up the mountain. After waiting for a few minutes, the van still didn't show up. After chatting, my uncle is going to leave for the mountains. W had a brainwave and asked his uncle, uncle, can you take us up the mountain by the way? He walked on, his friendly facial expression showed no refusal. Riding his tricycle, he said, you go, I'll give you a ride, and you just give me some money. Excited, we climbed into the carriage and squatted inside carefully. The behavior of taking local people's private transportation instead of taking the bus reminds me of the scene of taking local tractors on the plateau (a common plot in movies). Along the way, we were all very excited and recorded such a special moment with video. After arriving at Jia Peng Courtyard (at the gate of the scenic spot), we jumped out of the car, paid the fare for 20 yuan, gave the master an orange (W's idea) and thanked the kind uncle.

I walked a few meters into the mountains, signed a letter of commitment at the window and entered the scenic spot. Take the sightseeing cableway up the mountain, pass a temple, and then take some photos of tourists at the cable bridge. Some sections of the mountain road are steep, and the three of them slowly continue to walk up until they reach a site of the Red Army. Finally there is a stool to sit down and rest. Because of the time problem, we chose the original way to return and took the cableway to return. I just walked to the entrance archway of Mengding Mountain, and I just chatted with Y about volunteering in Wen Shu Hospital. I just looked around and saw a familiar face-Tingting's brother of Xiangyuan. Ah! "I didn't expect to meet an acquaintance on this mountain" (one of the comments on Mengding Mountain on the US delegation) chatted with my brother for a few minutes, shared our respective trips, and the three of us continued to return.

The journey back to Chengdu was a bit bumpy. We need to wait an hour and a half to find the next bus at Mingshan bus station. Considering that everyone wants to go home early, we decided to take the high-speed train to Mingshan Railway Station. After many twists and turns, we got on the bullet train and relaxed. The comfortable seat also gave me the idea of writing a travel note at once, so this travel note with words comparable to a big composition was completed on the journey back to the city.

This trip cost about 400 yuan. Compare the itinerary.
