Brief introduction of Shao Dechun

Shao Dechun, chief trainer and consultant of China Hotel Training Network, holds a master's degree in hotel and tourism management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has given lectures in more than 400 hotels and restaurants in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shaanxi, Anhui, Henan, Hebei, Shanghai and other provinces, and received unanimous response from waiters, foremen, managers and general managers of hotels, and visited hundreds of hotel owners (bosses) and professional managers. He has 19 years experience in hotel management, consulting and training, and has served as a senior consultant for many well-known hotels, successfully guiding nearly 200 hotels to introduce the practice of six major hotels.
