First, limit the scope of urban roads:

(1) With the intersection of National Highway 32 1 Li Gui Road and Expressway as the boundary, the urban road yingbin section-Longkou section-Mazaitou section-Sanmi Street section-Torpedo Bay section; Mazaitou Section-Baihui Square Section-Liping Section-Yahua Section;

(2) With the intersection of National Highway 323 and Wulipan as the boundary, Zhongyuan Road-the whole section of the north and south bank of Binjiang-Shayuan Road-Lita Road-Yahua Road;

(3) Liyuan section-Liu Li section-Baihui Square section-Mazaitou section of the road bounded by the intersection of National Highway 323 with South Ring Road and North Ring Road in the urban area; Lita Road (Fifty Meters Street)-Lijin Road-Yujing Road-Sports Road-Market Road-Wangjiang Road-Municipal Road-Cheng Bin Road-Zhongyuan Road.

2. Types of restricted vehicles: trucks with a length of more than 6000mm and a total mass of more than 4500kg, passenger cars with a nuclear load of 19 or more, hazardous chemicals transport vehicles, agricultural vehicles, tractors, engineering vehicles, etc.

3. Time limit: From 6: 00 to 22: 00 every day, it is forbidden to pass through urban roads.

Four, buses, military vehicles, police cars, ambulances, fire engines, engineering rescue vehicles are not subject to the above measures.

5. The driving route of passenger cars under the names of Lipu Passenger Station and Jilian Company is changed to: Lipu Passenger Station-No.4 Plate-No.3 Plate-No.2 Plate-Liyuan Section-North Ring Road; The "Pingle direction" bus operation route is: Lipu Bus Terminal-Zhongyuan Road Section-Wulipan-Pingle direction; The bus route of "Mengshan direction" is: Lipu Bus Terminal-Zhongyuan Road Section-Wulipan-Mengshan direction; The running route of "Liuzhou direction" bus is: Lipu Passenger Station-No.4-No.3-No.2-Liyuan Section-Liuzhou direction.

Six, in violation of this notice, the traffic management department of the public security organ of Lipu City shall be dealt with according to law.

2. Registration time:

3. Materials to be provided when applying:

(1) Individuals are required to provide the originals and photocopies of their ID cards, driver's licenses, vehicle driving licenses, vehicle transport bills, approval and permission from the housing and construction departments (if necessary) and other relevant documents;

(2) The enterprise (unit) shall provide the originals and photocopies of the ID card of the agent, business license (organization code certificate), vehicle driving license, vehicle transportation bill (the description of goods shall be stamped with the official seal of the enterprise), approval and permission (if necessary) of the housing construction department and other relevant documents.

4. To apply for the Lipu urban road vehicle pass, it is necessary to specify the transit time, transit route and description of goods. According to the regulations, it is on the pass. Restricted vehicles can pass on the prescribed route with this pass, but it is strictly forbidden to pass during peak hours.
