Article 1 In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of schools and candidates, recruit students according to law, and in combination with the actual enrollment work of schools, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in 2020.

Article 2 The articles of association are the main channel for the society to understand the policies, regulations and relevant information of the school, and the main basis for the school to carry out enrollment consultation and admission.

Six, the basic situation of the school

Wuhan City Vocational College is a full-time comprehensive higher vocational college sponsored by Hubei Provincial People's Government and headed by Wuhan Municipal People's Government, which enrolls students nationwide. The school originated from the Hubei-Hunan Normal School founded by Zhang Zhidong, Governor of Huguang in the late Qing Dynasty from 65438 to 0904. In 2009, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, it was renamed Wuhan City Vocational College, with a history of 100 years.

The school has two campuses, the south campus is close to the scenic Tangxun Lake, and the north campus is located at the foot of the scenic Lion Mountain and the lakeside of Ye Zhi. The two campuses cover an area of about 1 100 mu, with a construction area of more than 550,000 square meters. There are more than 200 books 1345200 and more than 490000 e-books. Chapter II Enrollment Institutions

Article 4 A school shall set up a leading group for enrollment work, which shall be fully responsible for the enrollment work of the school, formulate enrollment policies and plans, and decide on major issues in enrollment work.

Article 5 A school shall set up an enrollment and employment guidance office, which is a permanent organization to organize and implement enrollment work and is responsible for the daily work of enrollment.

Article 6 In order to strengthen the discipline education and responsibility restraint of the enrollment staff, the school has established the enrollment third-party supervision mechanism, the examination admission appeal mechanism and the enrollment accountability system, which is responsible for supervising the implementation of various enrollment policies and regulations and earnestly safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the majority of candidates and the school.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan and Charging Standards

Article 7 A school shall, according to its development plan, conditions for running a school, students' situation and social needs, and in accordance with the general enrollment plan issued by the Ministry of Education, formulate enrollment plans by province and specialty in 2020, and announce them to the public within the specified time.

Eighth tuition standards must be approved by the Provincial Price Bureau.

Chapter IV Access Rules

Ninth school enrollment should follow the principles of fair competition and open procedures; The implementation of the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) Admissions Committee to develop the enrollment policy and articles of association promulgated; On the basis of candidates' willingness and college entrance examination results (art and sports majors must also have qualified results in provincial joint examinations and unified examinations), they are selected on the basis of merit. In the process of admission, I consciously accept the supervision of the admissions committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates and all sectors of society.

Article 10 The voluntary admission of colleges and universities shall abide by the admission rules promulgated by all provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions).

Eleventh professional volunteer admission is based on the principle of score priority, that is, the first order is from high score to low score, and admission is made in the order of professional volunteers reported by candidates. In the case that the professional volunteers reported by the candidates are not admitted, those who are subject to professional adjustment can be transferred to unfinished majors; Those who do not obey the adjustment will be dismissed. There is no grade difference among professional volunteers.

Article 12 The admission of candidates with policy bonus points shall be based on the principle of territorial management stipulated by the Ministry of Education, and the bonus points policies and admission regulations formulated by the admissions committees of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government where the candidates are located shall be implemented.

Article 13 Arts and sports majors shall adopt the results of the joint entrance examination of related majors in the province where the candidates are located, and be selected according to the scores of the admissions department in the province where the candidates are located.

Fourteenth in accordance with the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health, the China Disabled Persons' Federation issued the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities", the physical health status of candidates is reviewed and rechecked. Article 15 Candidates applying for the flight attendant major in our school are required to be free from infectious diseases, heart disease, asthma and mental illness, with normal liver function, normal facial features, well-proportioned figure, no obvious "8" inside and outside, no obvious "X" and "O" legs, no obvious scars and spots on the face and neck, and the height of female students is 163- 172 cm. The flight attendant major implements classified filing, and only candidates who have professional volunteers and meet the registration conditions are admitted. Candidates who apply for the normal major of this school are required to be free from infectious diseases. Height of boys 165cm, height of girls 155cm. Candidates who apply for the hotel management major in our school are required to be free from infectious diseases, and the height of boys is 170cm and that of girls is 158cm or above.

Article 16 In 2020, there will be 30 majors in education, art design, language, electronic information, computer, construction management, civil construction, automation, mechanical design and manufacturing, aviation equipment, etc. 10, and enrollment will be based on the major categories. After studying in school for half a year, they will choose a specific professional direction. Other majors are admitted by major. If individual students really need to change majors, they can apply for enrollment after half a year and report to the school for approval. Candidates admitted to our school through separate examinations are not allowed to transfer to another school or major.

Article 17 All majors in the school have no foreign language requirements. If non-English language candidates are admitted to the school, English will be arranged as the first foreign language.

Chapter V Follow-up Management

Eighteenth new students according to the national enrollment regulations, with the admission notice to the school within the time limit prescribed by the school for admission procedures. Those who cannot go to the school for admission formalities for some reason need to submit a written application to the school. Without the written consent of the school, those who fail to register within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up their admission qualification except for justified reasons such as force majeure. Nineteenth freshmen, the school within three months in accordance with the provisions of the national enrollment review. Those who pass the second interview will be registered and obtained a student status. Those who fail the second interview will be dealt with in strict accordance with the relevant regulations until the admission qualification is cancelled.

Twentieth schools in accordance with the "Wuhan Vocational College Student Handbook", "Wuhan Vocational College Student Management Regulations" and other rules and regulations for management; Cultivate students according to the professional talent training plan.

Twenty-first schools have various forms of awards and grants, as well as national student loans and work-study programs.

Twenty-second students who have completed the required studies and reached the graduation standards after examination are awarded the graduation certificate of Wuhan City Vocational College.

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions

Article 23 These Articles of Association are only applicable to the enrollment of higher vocational schools in 2020.

Twenty-fourth articles of association shall be examined and approved by the school enrollment leading group and reported to the higher authorities for examination and approval.

Article 25 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. In the past, if the school's policies and regulations on higher vocational enrollment were inconsistent with the articles of association, they would be abolished, and the provisions of the articles of association would prevail.

Article 26 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the School Admissions and Employment Guidance Office.
