The engineering department of Party A is responsible for the construction supervision, and has the right to require Party B to rework the quality problems in the construction. If quality problems lead to rework, Party A will no longer pay the expenses required for rework.

If the construction period is delayed due to Party B's unreasonable progress, Party A has the right to deduct the delayed payment of not less than 2‰ of the total project cost every day.

After Party B enters the site for construction, Party A shall, according to the project progress, take the project completion progress (the first floor is completed) as a payment cycle, and after passing the acceptance by Party A, pay the project payment to Party B in batches, with the payment amount of 22,000.00 yuan per cycle,1-7; 3. When paying the balance of the last cycle, the project provided by Party B is completely effective. After all the projects are accepted, the balance paid by Party A after deducting the contract quality deposit is 55,000.00 yuan. 4. 5% of the total project contract amount is the quality deposit, that is, RMB eleven thousand Yuan only (￥ 1 1 000.00). During the warranty period, Party B shall fulfill the obligation of engineering quality maintenance. After the expiration of the warranty fund (after all the projects are accepted 1 year), if no quality problems are found, Party A will pay 5% of the warranty fund to Party B as scheduled. If it is not repaired in time or not, the expenses incurred by Party A after repair will be deducted from the warranty fund.

X. Party B's responsibilities 1. Party A will provide Party B with 6 rooms for construction, and this room (6 rooms) is a model room for acceptance. If the acceptance is unqualified or the construction is not carried out as required, Party A has the right to require Party B to rework; If the rework still fails to meet the acceptance criteria, Party A has the right to terminate the rework;

2. Deliver the finished floor to Party A as scheduled, and ensure that the quality meets the requirements of relevant national laws and regulations and meets the construction and use requirements of Party A;

3. The auxiliary materials for this project are provided by Party B, and can be purchased and brought into the site only after Party A confirms and agrees;

4, quality and safety management, standardize the construction, complete the project on schedule;

5. Carry out construction according to Party A's construction requirements;

6. The project construction progress is planned by Party A, and the furniture is maintained.

XI。 If Party B delays the construction period or Party A delays payment and other unilateral reasons, the other party to the contract may require the other party to pay a penalty of 3‰ per day.
