Is quasi-standard four-star hotel?

Whether the four standards are allowed or not refers to the hotel industry standard formulated by the National Tourism Administration, which has clear requirements on hotel hardware facilities, service quality and management level, which is higher than the evaluation standard of ordinary three-star hotels. Quasi-four standard means that the comprehensive evaluation score of the hotel reaches three stars, plus certain additional conditions and requirements, including hardware facilities, service quality, management level, cultural atmosphere, etc., which is higher than that of a three-star hotel. So the quasi-four-standard hotel is higher than the three-star hotel, but slightly lower than the four-star hotel.
