Wall treatment: Check the aerated wall before plastering, and fill the loose joints with incomplete mortar and the head joints under the beams and slabs with mortar. Scrape off the exposed tongue ash on the wall, and chisel the protruding parts of the wall flat. Use 1:3 cement mortar to repair uneven areas on the wall, chipped blocks, and chiseled equipment pipeline troughs and holes to make them dense and smooth. After repair, hang steel wire mesh over the grooved area and fix it with iron nails to prevent cracks from appearing on the grooved wall of the wire pipe after plastering. Sprinkle water on the wall to moisten it: Clean the floating soil on the wall and water it several times to moisten it. Since the air-entrained concrete block absorbs water quickly first and then slowly, and the water absorption is slow and lasts for a long time, the frequency of watering should be increased to ensure that the plaster layer has good condensation and hardening conditions, so that the water will not be aerated during the hardening process of the mortar. Concrete sucks away. Base layer treatment: Use a broom to apply a layer of 1:1 gruel-like cement fine mortar (mixed with 208 glue), so that it solidifies on the smooth surface of the base layer, and it is best if it cannot be broken by hand. Pasting gray cakes and stamping ribs: Use an aluminum alloy ruler to check the verticality and flatness of different parts of the wall, and determine the number of gray cakes and stamping ribs based on the actual height of the wall. Generally, the horizontal and height distance is 1.8m. Use 1:3 cement mortar to make a 50mm square gray cake. The thickness of the gray cake is appropriate to meet the verticality requirements of wall plastering. Use an aluminum alloy ruler to level the upper and lower ash cakes vertically, and use a ruler board or pull-through line to level the horizontal direction. Go up first and then down to ensure that the surfaces of the upper and lower ash cakes on the wall are in the same plane as the basis for punching the bars. According to the pasted gray cake, use cement mixed mortar to punch the bars between the gray cakes in the horizontal or vertical direction, rub them flat repeatedly, and hang them vertically. Gray layer control line: Hang the gray layer control line on the wall, and add a plaster cake in the middle of the wall to control the thickness of the plaster. Apply base mortar: You can apply base mortar (1:3 cement mortar) two hours after punching. Apply a thin layer of base mortar first, then sweep or draw lines. After curing, apply a second coat of base mortar. . Apply the overlay plaster: When the base plaster is 60 to 70% dry, start applying the overlay plaster, using pure cement mortar for the baseboards. The thickness of the entire plaster layer should be controlled to 20mm.
Maintenance: Plastering should be cured under humid conditions for 24 hours. The curing time should be at least 10 days, preferably twice a day.
