Turn on the hot water faucet (see running water), and the intelligent workstation will automatically start the cycle, and then turn off the hot water faucet for about 3 seconds. When the intelligent workstation starts the cycle, the solenoid valve will also be opened synchronously, and the water in the pipeline will be circulated back to the solar water tank through the solenoid valve. After 60 seconds (cycle time is 120, 60 and 2 10 seconds), the solenoid valve will automatically close, and then 65438. Without solenoid valve, this function is not available. The solenoid valve is installed on the return pipe, and two signal wires of the solenoid valve are respectively connected with the red and yellow wires on the control box.
3. Water supply pressurization (with bidirectional): When the solar water heater supplies water (when the cold water solenoid valve is turned on), the intelligent workstation automatically starts to work to pressurize the water. This function is only available when the two signal lines of the water inlet solenoid valve are connected with the black line and the gray line on the control box.
4. Anti-freezing of pipeline: When the water temperature in the pipeline drops to 5℃, the intelligent workstation automatically starts working, and when the water temperature in the circulating pipeline rises to 20℃, the intelligent pump automatically stops working. If the water temperature does not rise to 20℃, the intelligent workstation will automatically stop after 60 seconds of circulation (circulation time120,60,210 second). This function is not available without a temperature sensor. The temperature sensor should be installed at the lowest temperature on the hot water pipeline, generally at the tail of return pipe, but at a certain distance from the water tank. Connect the two signal wires of the temperature sensor with the blue wire and the green wire on the control box.
Intelligent water pump computer intelligent workstation (temperature control cycle)
1. When the water temperature in the pipeline is lower than 37℃, turn on the hot water tap (see running water), and the intelligent workstation will start working automatically. At this time, close the hot water faucet for about 3 seconds, and then open the hot water faucet to get hot water (the purpose of closing the hot water faucet is to circulate the cold water in the pipeline back to the solar water tank as much as possible). The intelligent workstation will automatically stop after 60 seconds of operation. (According to the floor height, pipe length and season, you can choose the power or cycle time of the intelligent workstation. Class I 120, class 0 60, class II 2 10 second). If the water temperature in the pipeline is higher than 37℃, turn on the hot water faucet and the intelligent workstation will not work.
The temperature sensor is installed at the water outlet of water flow switch, and the signal line of the temperature sensor is connected with the blue and green lines on the control box.

In the installation process, it can be divided into main pipeline circulation and outlet circulation respectively. It is easier to circulate the main pipeline. In fact, there is a section of cold water of tens of centimeters, which can be avoided by circulating each outlet separately.
