What is the star rating of Atlantis Hotel in Dubai? Is the sailing hotel expensive?

It is said that there are 7 stars in Dubai and 6 stars in Atlanta, but these are all from word of mouth, because international hotels have only 5 stars, and there is no standard of 6 or 7 stars, so it is impossible to judge. So six or seven stars are just what people use to describe their luxury.
