Why is there the Great Hall of the People in Yinchuan?

Every province, municipality directly under the Central Government and autonomous region, including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, has a local conference hall in the Great Hall of the People. Ningxia People's Hall is located in the east of Guangming Square in Yinchuan City, which forms a beautiful landscape in Yinchuan area with the adjacent Ningxia Gymnasium, Zhongshan Park and Guangming Square. The Great Hall of the People is the place where the National People's Congress and other large-scale gatherings are held, and it is also the place where China people, party and state leaders and people hold political and diplomatic activities.
