How to calculate elevator running time

Generally speaking, elevators do not count as running time. There is a counter in the elevator controller to record the running time of the elevator. According to the operation times, the electricity consumption of the elevator for one year or one month can be roughly estimated. The following is the estimation model: elevator energy consumption prediction model:

A simple model is provided here, but it is not suitable for complex situations or situations with special models, and can be used to predict the energy consumption of elevators during operation. The results can be used for energy evaluation of the whole building.

E elevator = (k/kloc-0 /× k2× k3× h× f× p)/(v× 3600)+e standby.

Among them:

Eelevator-the energy used by the elevator for one year, kWh/ year;

K 1- drive system coefficient, K 1 = 1.6 (AC drive system)

K 1 = 1.0 (VVVF drive system)

K 1 = 0.6 (VVVF drive system with energy feedback);

K2 ————————————— Average running distance coefficient, with two layers of K2 = 1.0,

K2 = 0.5, applicable to a single staircase or two or more floors.

More than 3 K2 = 0.3

K3 ————————— Average load factor in the car, K3 = 0.35.

H H H———— Maximum running distance, m;

F———— The number of startup times per year is generally between 100000-300000;

Pp-the rated power of the elevator,

P=P 1×P0,kW;

P 1- coefficient related to equilibrium coefficient,

When the equilibrium coefficient is 50%, p 1 = 1.0.

When the equilibrium coefficient is 40%, p 1 = 0.8.

When the equilibrium coefficient is 30%, p 1 = 0.6.

P0 =(0.5x rated load x rated speed x gn)/(1000xnxnxnm)

Here:

Ns —— suspension efficiency, and the default value is ns = 0.85.

Ng-transmission efficiency, worm gear ng = 0.75.

Gearless ng =1.0;

Nm- motor efficiency, with the default value of 0.75 as AC nm.

For VVVF nm = 0.85;;

Gn——9.8 1 m/s2

V-elevator speed, m/s;

Estandby———— 1 year total standby energy, kWh/ year.
