(2) Leveling around according to the design requirements of drawings, and arching in the middle according to routine.

(3) The suspenders can be connected with embedded parts or reserved hooks when casting the floor, or connected with expansion screws after drilling holes upstairs.

(4) The distance between the boom and the keel should be reasonably distributed according to the information provided by the manufacturer, and the keel should be leveled after the connection is fixed.

(5) All metal parts, such as electroless plating, must be brushed with antirust oil twice.

(6) Planing the edge of gypsum board into chamfers, then compounding and tightening with tapping screws.

(7) Gypsum board shall be seamed for 2-3 mm, and chamfered, covered with caulking putty, and the seam belt shall be buried in the putty, and the chamfering of gypsum board shall be filled with putty, and then the slab joint shall be leveled with Italian board.

2, technical standards:

(1) When the ceiling and shed span is 7- 10m, the arch camber is generally 3/ 1000.

(2) The main keel suspender spacing is 900- 1200, and the main keel spacing is about 600-900 mm (or according to the manufacturer's information).

(3) The edge of gypsum board in New Territories must have a chamfer of more than 20*3, and the construction shall be carried out according to the joint construction technology to ensure that the joint is crack-free.

(4) Different self-tapping screws should be used for plasterboard of different layers, M4*25 for single-layer plasterboard and M5*35 for double-layer plasterboard, and the screw spacing should be 150mm.

(5) The welding between the expansion screw buried in the floor and the suspender must be firm. Common specifications of expansion screws are M8*60 or M8*80.

(6) The connection between the boom and the main keel must be firm and reliable, without looseness.

(1) The light steel keel shall be of various models approved by the designer, and the main keel shall be able to bear the maintenance load of 800N.

(2) Gypsum board is a thick gypsum board that meets the design requirements.

(3) The derrick is made of \u 10mm round steel.

(4) The ceiling part of the fixed screw is made of high-quality expansion screws over 655438+00mm, and the hanging plate part is made of carbon steel tapping screws with a length of 5cm.

(5) Putty and joint tape require gypsum board factory to provide putty and joint tape, otherwise other materials can be used only after the design of samples and technical indicators is signed.
