The project survey covers a total area of 30.5 square kilometers, covering Longhe in the east, 202 provincial highway in the west, North Outer Ring Road in the south and Kaitou Road in the north, involving Li Shuo Town and Gaoyue Sub-district Office 1 1 village (community). After the completion of the Shuoxihu treatment area project, it will further highlight the urban characteristics of "one belt and two cities, three green hills, six lakes, nine rivers and eighteen bays". Around the ecological green center of Shuozhou West Lake, the north-south spatial corridor and the east-west functional axis overlap each other, and the five regions of ecological conservation area, pastoral health community and urban health community and modern agricultural area develop synergistically.
