How many safe passages does the express hotel need?

There should be no less than two fire exits in each fire zone of the hotel building. However, if one of the following conditions is met, a safety exit can be set:/kloc-tower residence with 0/8 floors and below, with no more than 8 households on each floor and a construction area of no more than 650m2, with smoke-proof stairwells and fire elevators.
