Why don't you give it to the staff when you dump it?

Today, we no longer worry about food and clothing, but it also brings a lot of waste on the table. This situation is most common in restaurants. Many times, restaurants will dump the dishes that guests have not finished eating, and even if many dishes have not been finished, they will not choose to let employees taste them. Faced with this phenomenon, many employees may think that the boss is abnormal and harsh; But I personally don't think so. On the contrary, I think the boss is right. Although it is a waste of food, the boss must have his reasons for doing so. In my opinion, this is not only for the boss to maintain his own business, but also for the health of employees.

One of the reasons for dumping food: in order to maintain the image of the hotel and the unity of employees, many dishes left over from the hotel are more expensive for us ordinary people. If the boss sets a precedent of allowing packaging leftovers, I think many employees will pack these good dishes and take them away, and sometimes even have disputes over them. Whether it is the packaging scene or the scene of employees quarreling over packaged dishes, once seen by guests, it will greatly affect the image of the hotel and may lead to the deterioration of hotel business.

Reason 2: Although we can't say that we are extremely rich now, we all have food and clothing, and we all have our own dignity and personality. If the boss gives the leftover food to his employees, it may be seen by many people as an insult to their personality and a disrespect to them. Under such circumstances, the boss will not do such thankless things, and many employees will not accept the boss's kindness.

The third reason for dumping food: even if we don't eat much, we can't guarantee the hygiene of the food after serving. Maybe a guest carries an infectious virus, and employees who eat this dish are likely to be infected with a similar virus; Or the guest added something unclean to the dish and so on.

So in view of the above three situations, I think the boss is right not to let employees eat leftovers.
