It is reported that the third phase of ITC will be jointly invested and built by ITC and Shangri-La Group in the name of Guo Henian, and will be completed by the end of 2007. Together with the first and second phases of the International Trade Center, it will form a building complex of 165438+ 10,000 square meters, becoming the largest international trade center in the world, and will also be a landmark building of Beijing CBD, and its height will exceed the current Beijing-Guangzhou Center, the tallest building in Beijing. The planned height of Yintai Center under construction is 249.9 meters, which is no match for it at all.

It is reported that the third phase of the International Trade Project starts from the East Third Ring Road in the east, reaches the comprehensive building of the Machinery Bureau in the west, starts from two international trade buildings in the south and reaches Guanghua Road in the north, covering an area of 6.27 hectares, with a total construction scale of 540,000 square meters and a building height of about 330 meters, with a total investment of about 800 million US dollars. The project includes super five-star hotels, high-grade office buildings, international boutique shopping malls, cinemas and other facilities.
