Those who hold a negative nucleic acid certificate for 24 hours shall be deemed to have completed 1 nucleic acid detection upon arrival).

5. People coming (returning) from other cities in the province where there is no social epidemic: after arrival, they actively advocate "three days and two inspections" (complete 1 nucleic acid detection within 24 hours after arrival, and conduct 1 nucleic acid detection 48 hours later. Those who hold a 24-hour negative copy of nucleic acid shall be deemed to have completed 1 nucleic acid detection upon arrival).
