Why does Shancai University sell Mingshui?

Shancai sells Mingshui because the main campus has expanded to more than 3,000 mu, and it is inconvenient for students to be scattered in various campuses. Shancai University has four campuses: Shengjing, Mingshui, Yanshan and Shungeng. Students are scattered, causing a lot of inconvenience. Every year, freshmen will study in Shengjing and Mingshui campuses. The first phase of the main campus was completed in 20 18. By next autumn, all college freshmen will be enrolled in Shengjing Campus, and students from Mingshui Campus will also move into Shengjing Campus. After that, Mingshui Campus will be used for replacement.
