At the north end is Yintai Department Store, the main store, and there is a large supermarket on the first floor.

It is adjacent to Qianjiang Road and Binjiang Park in the north. It is a hotel-style office and restaurant with a green landscape platform on the top floor.

The newly planned road in the east is paved by commercial retail.

In the south, there is a comprehensive entertainment building and office building. The comprehensive entertainment building faces the atrium leisure theme park, which is the "heart" of the entertainment activities of the whole project, and there is an office building facing Xinyuan Road.
