Can I rent a rent-guaranteed house in Kunming to others now?

Guaranteed housing in Kunming cannot be rented to others.

1. It is illegal for public rental housing tenants to sublet.

2. Public rental housing can only be used for the lessee’s own occupation. It is illegal to lend, sublet or change the public rental housing without authorization.

3. Public rental housing shall not be used for business activities, illegal activities or other activities that change the purpose of the housing.

4. Do not damage, destroy or decorate public rental housing without authorization or change the structure and supporting facilities of the house.

5. It is also a violation to leave public rental housing vacant for more than 6 consecutive months without justifiable reasons.
