What does Sofitel Hotel's Grade 7 staff mean?

L 1-L3 is an ordinary employee, level 4 is a foreman, level 5 is a supervisor, level 6 is a department deputy manager, and level 7 is a department manager. Grade 8 is senior, that is, the deputy managers of catering department, housekeeping department and front office department, and the managers of these major departments are grade 9.
