Decades of experience and smooth handling, as well as the lack of high-level talent market in early hotels, many of them have also entered international hotel chains and served as management or even general managers.

It doesn't seem to have any effect to look at academic qualifications, but many times there is a "strong correlation" between the level of academic qualifications and the level of ability. I dare not say that undergraduate employees are necessarily better than junior college employees. I can only say that the learning ability of most undergraduate employees may be better than that of junior college employees. Learning ability is too important in the hotel industry. Learn how to do things, how to be a person, learn foreign languages, learn advanced service concepts and management concepts, and learn all-English operating systems. . . .

So if you want to do hotel management in the future, I suggest that you still need to pursue a higher level of education to exercise your learning ability, broaden your horizons and serve others gracefully and politely, not for a temporary job. But how many of these young people have not graduated from famous universities, and how many have no overseas experience? I majored in hotel in America with a master's degree. My friends are divided into two categories:

If this point is written on your resume, it will be very beneficial to your future work. Many students who got their master's degrees two years later were promoted to the level of managers. Because many hotel employees in the United States also graduated from high school, the advantages of academic qualifications and learning ability can easily be reflected in their work. Therefore, after studying abroad, the way out is either to go to the United States to study for a doctorate and work hard to become a professor in the future. Many people look at those who will eventually return to China to be hotels, and think that studying abroad for two or four years is a waste of gold, and then they don't recommend people around them to study. But things around me don't seem so bad:

1. The experience of studying abroad has given you a different perspective.

Working experience abroad gives you a magic weapon to find a job, and you can pry open the door of almost any domestic hotel.

Children who study in hotels in China may not be able to work in hotels after graduation, let alone study abroad.

6. There are many scholarship resources. Maybe you don't need to spend money at all, what's more, the salary of foreign hotel internship is much more reliable than that of China.

Of course, studying in hotels also has many disadvantages:

1. Compared with their American peers, their income is low and the possibility of staying in the United States is very low.

2. Talk to your classmates who are studying CS and EE. Everyone thinks that your major has no technical content.

Therefore, if you study abroad and can learn STEM, don't study hotels. There is no technical content. If you study hotel, don't be too disappointed.

Although many domestic hotel executives have no background in studying abroad or working experience in overseas hotels.
