How to return the hotel booked by Meituan?

1. Open Meituan APP, and a row of item bars will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click on the order.

2. Click on the "Order" below to view the hotel information that has been booked, and click on the hotel order.

3. After entering, you can see the cancellation of the order.

4. After canceling the order, a page will appear to confirm whether to continue to cancel.

5. When you choose to confirm the cancellation, Meituan customer service will let you choose the reason for the refund. You can click OK, or you can choose to submit anonymously.

6. The refund amount will be returned to the payment account after the review by the US Mission.
