How to cancel CCB's credit card

Credit card holders of China Construction Bank want to cancel their credit cards. They need to settle their credit card accounts first, and then call the customer service hotline of China Construction Bank at 95533 (please call 86-28-95533 overseas) for account cancellation registration.

After the registration is completed, the user needs to cut the magnetic stripe of the credit card by himself (virtual cards such as electronic payment cards do not need to be cut because there is no physical card), and if there is no new accounts payable within 45 days, it will be officially cancelled.

No annual fee will be charged after the card is officially closed.

If the user's credit card is an IC chip card and there is a balance in the electronic cash account, electronic cash consumption can be made on the acceptance terminal with the UnionPay flash payment logo within the validity period of the card. It is suggested that users can use the balance of electronic cash account before contacting China Construction Bank to cancel their credit cards.

After the cancellation of CCB's credit card, it is officially cancelled, and the cancelled card is no longer activated. If users still need to use the credit card of China Construction Bank, they need to apply again.
