Brian Ho, born in June, 1958, from Zhuji, Zhejiang. He holds a master's degree in business administration, and is a senior economist in party member. Founder of Fengqiu Group, currently Party Secretary and Chairman of Fengqiu Group Co., Ltd. ..

Now he is a member of China Entrepreneurs Association, a researcher at Fudan University Environmental Economic Research Center, a researcher at China Science and Technology Research and Exchange Center, and a representative of Zhuji Municipal People's Congress. He was a member of all-china youth federation and Zhuji Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee, and served as a representative of Shaoxing Municipal People's Congress for three consecutive years.
