1 general rules

1.0. 1 This specification is formulated to ensure the design quality of office buildings and make them meet the requirements of safety, hygiene, applicability, technology and economy.

1.0.2 This specification is applicable to the design of all newly built, rebuilt and expanded office buildings.

1.0.3 the design of office buildings shall be classified according to the use requirements and shall comply with the provisions in table 1.0.3:

Table 1.0.3 Examples of classification categories of office buildings 100 or 50 years for office buildings with particularly important service life, 50 years for class I and II important office buildings or 25 years or 50 years for class II office buildings, and not less than class II 1.0.4 for office buildings unless otherwise specified.
